Dr. Pushpinder Dhillon is a triple board-certified physician specializing in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. As a highly regarded women’s health expert, pelvic floor specialist, and anti-aging advocate, she leads Merak Skincare & Wellness in providing personalized, evidence-based care to women across Springfield and Fredericksburg, Virginia.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Dhillon empowers women to take charge of their health—whether it’s through pregnancy care, hormonal balance, weight management, or non-surgical skin rejuvenation.
After graduating with honors, Dr. Dhillon completed her OB/GYN residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital/Drexel School of Medicine in New Jersey. She then pursued a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Her academic excellence earned her several awards, including the Best Academic Resident Award and the Arnold P. Gold Award for Humanism in Teaching.
Dr. Dhillon’s personal journey as a mother of three fuels her mission to help women navigate the physical and emotional changes brought on by childbirth, aging, and hormone shifts. This passion inspired the founding of Merak Skincare & Wellness—a place where women receive holistic, high-quality care that nurtures both body and confidence.
She is among the few physicians board-certified in Obesity Medicine, having completed advanced clinical training at Harvard Medical School. Her expertise in medical weight loss and metabolic health enables her to guide patients through sustainable transformations backed by science.
Dr. Dhillon also holds a Master’s degree in Genetics, allowing her to offer a deeply informed, individualized approach to wellness based on each patient’s unique physiology.
