Terms & Conditions:
Your monthly membership fee will be charged each month on the date of origination.
Membership benefits are available with an annual contract.
Membership discounts can not be combined with any additional offers.
Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only.
Unused services within the month will roll over to the following month, however we limit two roll overs.
Please contact our office if you are planning to be out of town longer than two months.
Services can not roll over into the following year even in the event of a continued membership without authorization.
No refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Members must abide by the spa cancellation policy. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit service for that month.
Membership is annual and may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day advance written notice to Merak Skincare & Wellness, and must be acknowledged by Merak Skincare & Wellness. If you have paid in full for a year of membership services, you will be refunded the future unused portion of your membership dues for any membership services you have not yet redeemed.
